Either link will do everything you need (I suspect, as dell owns alienware, that there are many similar components in these two laptops)
i7 vs i9 doesn’t make a huge difference. Just don’t go with an i5 (lower cache). It’s all about single core speed (ghz) between the i7 and the i9.
As long as the ssd is big enough, there’s no need for a spinning drive. No magic in the hybrid, it’s just affordable, I guess. I for one, will be glad to never have to deal with spinning plate storage ever again.
I made it from 3rd year through grad school with an alienware just like this one (but a few model years older ?).
