If Only…
Vacant shops transform into mini national museums, distributed throughout the struggling high streets of the UK and further afield. With only a select few things on display, each object is a calling card for a larger museum, place of worship or another community asset, and creates a window into that communities history.
Physical and intellectual barriers to learning are broken down and world-class objects are displayed in easily digestible and comfortable environments. Communities can learn and engage in familiar surroundings.The high-street museum is the starting point for an onward journey of learning and discovery for all.
