Last we visited Ditmas Park/Prospect Park South in October 2020, we were in awe with how beautiful the Victorian mansions were in the area. We’re excited to tour the historic neighborhood again and stroll down Marlborough Road, Albemarle Road, Cortelyou Road, Beverley Road, and more. Did you enjoy all the “Roll the clip!” scenes? We had a lot of fun producing this video, as you can tell from all our ooohs and ahhhs.

Ditmas Park is “a charming suburb inside city limits, with a warm, diverse community and one of the country’s richest concentrations of Victorian architecture.” – Compass
“The entire area was a speculative real estate endeavor by Dean Alvord, who wanted to build a suburban-style enclave to prove that rural beauty could be possible in an urban, street grid context.” – Michelle Young, Untapped New York
