Ready for an easy embroidery project for Saint Patrick’s Day? Well here you are. This festive throw pillow from Atta Girl Says is just what you need to add to your festive home décor.
Saint Patty’s Day is one of those holidays that is fun to decorate for, but there never seems to be too much being sold for it. Probably because Easter comes up so quickly. That is why I always love seeing DIY projects to make for it.
You don’t need many supplies, just burlap, ribbon, a pillow form, and a template. Luckily, you can get the template in this article. If you have the supplies on hand, I’m guessing you could finish this project up in a couple of hours.
The burlap and the hand embroidered design and edging give the pillow a bit of a rustic look, but not so much so that it wouldn’t fit in with most home décor.
Projects like this are always fun to make. They don’t take much time, look great for the occasion, and don’t cost too much to make. I wish all of the projects I made were like this.
