Hello everyone, I am a PC user who utilizes an iPad with Apple pencil for productivity in an office environment. I searched this sub for 3D scanning & LiDAR app suggestions, but did not find any useful threads.
I want to give a few of the apps that I find the most useful, and would like your input on 3D scanning apps for documenting existing conditions for renovations!
Morpholio Trace is one of my favorites for brainstorming, sending out quick sketches, and producing presentation drawings for clients. https://www.morpholioapps.com/trace/
Microsoft OneNote had been my go-to for note taking. Since I am a PC user, this syncs wonderfully with my desktop. https://apps.apple.com/us/app/microsoft-onenote/id410395246
Adobe Acrobat Reader is great for redlining/reviewing drawings if you already have a Creative Cloud subscription which allows for editing PDFs. Works well with the Apple Pencil. https://apps.apple.com/us/app/adobe-acrobat-reader-edit-pdf/id469337564
Bitwarden has made keeping track of passwords across devices and platforms a lot easier. I suggest this service even if you are not in the architecture field. https://bitwarden.com/
I use Google Workspace and Drive, but make sure you have your preferred cloud storage service set up to make moving files between apps and devices easy.
What are your killer apps for the iPad?
