Little kids obviously shouldn’t be using real fire or making candles that burn, but they can still get in on the menorah-lighting fun with these cute chenille stem candles from Moms and Crafters.
If you have really little kids you can make them for them to use, but preschoolers and up can make the candles themselves. Her version features a kid-embellished menorah as well, but you could also make a menorah out of materials you have around the house or use one that isn’t precious for this project.
Kids can add a candle to their own menorah as you light them through the celebration. You’ll probably find other uses for these candles through the year, too!
