Newlywed actor Ben Affleck just listed his Los Angeles home located in an area of the Pacific Palisades known as “The Riviera” for $29.995 million. Affleck purchased the new-build property for $19.25 million back in 2018 and was reportedly its first occupant. The 13,000-plus-square-foot tri-level mansion sits on 0.56 acres of land on the edge of the Riviera Country Club’s championship golf course, and boasts seven bedrooms and nine bathrooms.
Properly hidden away by ficus trees and shrubs, the gated home has a white brick finish and hipped roof with black shutters on its windows. According to the listing, the home includes a wellness room, a walk-in wine cellar, a theater, a columned front porch, a three-car garage, and motor court.

On the ground floor, windows and glass doors abound, with the family room boasting some of the home’s most breath-taking views of the superbly maintained grassy backyard. Glass doors slide open to a covered patio that includes a fireplace, flatscreen tv, and heaters. Elsewhere, an uncovered kitchen sits next to a guesthouse which faces a stone-framed swimming pool.
According to US Weekly, Ben Affleck married Jennifer Lopez (if you recall, the couple first got engaged to each other almost twenty years ago before calling it quits and later reconciling) in a ceremony at Las Vegas’s The Little White Chapel, on July 17, 2022. Reports are that the newly blended family will move into J.Lo’s Bel-Air home after a massive remodel.
