Sandra Bullock has found a buyer for her 91-acre Southern California ranch, reports Mansion Global. The property, located about an hour’s drive from downtown San Diego, was listed at $6 million and closed in early November for $5.6 million. Despite not receiving the full asking price, Bullock was still able to realize a profit as she purchased the pristine spread for $2.7 million back in 2007.
Set on rambling hills, the estate includes an almost 6,000-square-foot main house, separate guest quarters, 1,200 avocado trees, citrus and eucalyptus trees, multiple rose gardens, and even a chicken coop.
The Mediterranean farm-style main house is enveloped by lush trees and spectacular views of the surrounding meadows and mountains. Arranged with a central courtyard, the single-story home features four bedrooms, six bathrooms, and raw wide-plank hardwood floors throughout with whitewashed wood-beam ceilings and walls. French doors and large windows abound, granting access to several “verandas and pastoral mountain views,” as told to Mansion Global by one of the former listing holders.

The kitchen is outfitted with true country-style details like a raw-wood dining set and a double-oven cooking range. The primary bedroom boasts a fireplace, a large seating area, and two sets of doors that spill open onto a grassy lawn on one side, and a salt water pool and spa next to a dining patio on the other. A three-bedroom, two-bathroom house with a gazebo and a workshop sit elsewhere on the compound.
Bullock, 58, who was one of the highest-grossing female actresses of the 1990s, told Today earlier this year that she’ll be stepping aside from acting for the foreseeable future in order to spend more time with her two children.
