Isabel Warren-Lynch’s dream of living in a “quintessential New York apartment building on a perfect New York City street” came true when she purchased this co-op apartment in what she describes as a quiet, historic enclave in Manhattan. “The trees, the quiet, the popular dog park at the end of the block along with a spectacular view of the East River make me feel as if I am in a movie or a favorite children’s book everyday,” describes Isabel.

Designed by Rosario Candela in the 1930s, the building that Isabel’s apartment is located in has a rooftop terrace with 360 views of midtown and the East River. But that’s not what sold her on the apartment. “I fell in love with the classic black & white foyer tile marble the instant I walked in the apartment,” she writes.
