With the end of the school year coming up soon, you might be thinking about a gift to make and give to the favorite teachers on your list. Bonus: the patterns all fit in a 3-inch hoop, so they’re pretty quick and easy to stitch if you need to make a bunch for different teachers.
This sweet text-based message from Everything Cross Stitch is a bigger project but it would be appropriate for a really special teacher (say, kindergarten). It’s 109 by 115 stitches, or 7.8 by 8.2 inches on 14 count fabric. It also uses 14 colors.
Here’s a set of three teacher pun cross stitch patterns you can make for teacher appreciation or the end or beginning of the school year. All but one of them only uses two colors of thread, and they are about 5.5 inches around in 14 count fabric. The design is from Etsy seller TeaJeigh Designs.
