Yui placed her adorable photos behind die cut shapes of ornaments, adding sequins around each one for amazing shimmer and shine on this Disney Christmas layout. Take a closer look on the Paige Taylor Evans blog.
With Christmas over it’s time to get working on all those scrapbook layouts and capture all the wonderful Christmas photos and memories you’ve collected. If you’re a huge Disney fan like I am you’ve probably got lots of Disney themed ornaments and decorations or maybe you’ve even been to one of the Disney Parks during the Christmas season. My husband and I went in December a few years back and it was truly magical! So if you’ve had a Very Merry Mickey Christmas here are some wonderful Disney themed scrapbook pages to inspire you.
Below each photo you’ll spot a link, click it to learn more like products used, techniques and tips.
Simple blocks and grids make room for lots of photos and simple list journaling on this double page Disney Christmas Parade spread. Learn more on the Mosaic Moments blog.
Meghann used a free scrapbook sketch as inspiration for her darling Mickey layout. I love the unique composition of the photo from behind with the little girl and her favorite Mouse looking in a window on Main Street! Learn more and get the sketch on the Scrapbook and Cards Today blog.
One of my favorite places to find ideas for Disney scrapbooking is Mouse Scrappers. Fellow fans share their layout ideas like this pretty digital design from CMTscrap. Find many more and share your own designs by visiting the Mouse Scrappers forum.
One of my favorite things to do at the parks are getting photos with the various characters. This layout uses soft greens and reds with winter botanicals to capture those fun character moments during the Holidays. I spotted this page on ScrapbookwithLinda’s gallery at Scrapbook.com.
During Christmas the Disney castles are always decked out to the fullest with decorations or projections. This amazing layout has a starburst of stitches, a wreath of stars and lots of clusters of embellishments that really captures the big energy of a Disney Holiday Party. I came across this idea on alittlekinder’s Instagram page.
My tree is chocked full of mostly Disney ornaments each year so I love this digital layout for a Disney Tree with fun patterns and lots of florals. Sweet Shoppe Designs has many fun Christmas collections for digi designs.
If you need super quick and easy layouts check out EZ Scrapbooks, they offer pre-printed page designs with lots of Disney inspired designs, all you do is add your photos. I’ve used many of their pages myself, they offer a really nice quality page with a great selection!
For parties and special times Disney World has begun adding these large photo frames where you can step in and have pictures taken and it looks like you’ve stepped right into a movie scene. They make amazing photos for scrapbooking, not much embellishment is needed like this pretty page I spotted on mrscraftyadams’ Instagram page.
If you only get one picture at Disney it’s got to be down Main Street with the castle in the background and during the Holidays there’s so much great decoration too! This layout uses softer pastel colors that go along with the pinks and blues of the castle with lots patterned snowflakes, striped and polka dots. This page is on godschild94’s gallery at Scrapbook.com.
Great food is always the highlight at any Disney park and Rachel captured the adorable Chip and Dale dressed as bakers from the parade on this yummy layout with sweets and treats. I came across her page on the scraps_and_inks_crafts Instagram page.
And lastly here’s another digital design using the Ho Ho Holiday kit from Kellybell Designs with traditional colors and patterns that work so well for a Disney Christmas design. Find lots more ideas with this collection on their site.
I hope you’ve been inspired to create some Very Merry Disney Layouts for Christmas!
