If you’re like me, you’re probably feeling the need to change up some of your decor for spring. These spring wreath cross stitch patterns are great for this season and beyond, won’t look out of place with your Easter decor, and are just super cute to boot!
The little buds on this wreath from So Easy Pattern just feel like spring to me (and I hope the real ones are coming soon!). It measures 116 by 112 stitches, which comes out to 8.29 by 8 inches, or 21.05 by 20.32 cm on 14 count fabric. It uses eight colors. With this one and most of the others of course you can change up the colors to make them represent your favorite flowers or whatever goes with your decor.
This blue floral wreath from Crystal Feather Crafts is so pretty in hues of blue and purple. It’s 157 by 154 stitches, or 11 by 11.2 inches/28.5 by 28 centimeters if you stitch it on 14 count fabric. This one would be really pretty for a wedding gift with the couple’s name and wedding date stitched inside.
Speaking of weddings, this floral heart from DMC via LoveCrafts would be another cute one to make as a wedding gift. This one is rated for beginners and finishes out to about 12 by 13 inches, or 31 by 33 cm.
On DMC‘s website you’ll also find a pretty pink circular floral wreath. It uses seven colors and can be downloaded free when you submit your email, or buy all the supplies in kit form.
And nothing says spring like spring flowers and spring birds, which you’ll find on this cure pattern from Lucie Heaton. The little wren sitting in the flowers adds personality to this project, which uses 37 colors and measures 96 by 96 stitches. That’s 6.8 by 6.8 inches or 17.4 by 17.4 cm, the perfect size for gift giving. If 37 colors is too much for you, choosing variegated thread for some of the flowers or the wren’s body would make it a little simpler.
