I like modern architecture and wanted to build a small, modern home. I did some research several years ago and came across Rocio Romero (rocioromero.com). She had designed a series of pre-fab homes called the LV line, which consisted of 2 and 3-bedroom kit models which were reasonably priced and shippable. At that time she was based in Missouri. I tried for several months to call her, and used her website to submit an online request form. I was interested in one of the homes and/or the plans if she would sell them. I never got a reply. Most of the online material on the homes dates back to 2015-2017, so I am assuming she closed shop but could never get that confirmed.
