When is a shawl not really a shawl? When it’s an asymmetrical cowl, which has sort of a shawl shape but is attached at the back so it won’t fall off.
It’s really the best of both worlds, a cowl shawl hybrid.
Nick Davis’ version is called Gravitation, and it’s a lovely and easy design worked flat in garter stitch with a chevron stripe design.
There are two sizes so it can fit kids/teens or adults, and it uses two colors of fingering weight yarn. Perfect for those special skeins you weren’t sure what to do with.
