Erecting bare structure of the building if its of simple geometry is the quick and easy part regardless of whether its timber frame, RC or rc/blockwork.
3d printing is not really making the process easier or quicker. The time consuming and costly process is weather proofing and fit-out and this is what 3d printer is not going to do.
If you’re interesting in improving speed of construction and on-site time, do some research on semi prefab solutions for RC, lightweight concrete, CLT, and so on.
Also your examples look cool but are a nightmare to use, are impractical and inefficient.
